motivation.
find something that you will be able to remind yourself of whenever you have a craving. write it down. put it somewhere where you’ll see it daily, and dont give up!

for me, my motivation is prom dress shopping, all night grad, beach week, and shorts season :o although i wear shorts with tights now, it’s an entirely different story when theres not fabric there to keep the jiggle in place -____-

that medium iced coffee really helped.. after i drank that i was so fullll, but it’s not really a good habit -_- it made me really jittery in math and english, and now i have a headache and am really tired..
